Loaf Lovers is currently in development. We don't collect personal information yet, but when we launch user accounts, we'll only collect what's needed to make the platform work:

• Email address (for login and important updates)
• Username and profile info you choose to share
• Recipes and content you post
• Basic usage data (what features you use, when you visit)

What we don't collect

• We don't sell your data to anyone
• We don't track you across other websites
• We don't use invasive analytics or advertising trackers
• We don't store payment info (we'll use secure processors like Stripe)

How we use your info

We'll use your information to:

• Make the platform work (save your recipes, show you content)
• Send important updates about new features
• Improve the platform based on how people use it
• Keep the community safe (prevent spam and abuse)

Sharing

We don't share your personal info with third parties, except:

• Service providers who help run the platform (like our hosting provider)
• If required by law
• Public content you choose to share (recipes, comments, etc.)

Your control

When user accounts launch, you'll be able to:

• Download all your data
• Delete your account and data
• Control what's public vs private
• Opt out of optional communications

Cookies and tracking

We use minimal cookies for essential functions (like keeping you logged in). We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no online service is 100% secure. We'll notify users of any significant security issues.
